Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player," "you," or "your") and 288min ("the Platform," "we," "us," or "our") governing all use of the 288min website, mobile-optimised site, and any related services, products, and features accessible under the domain 288min.app and its subdomains.

By creating a 288min account, logging into an existing account, making a deposit, placing a bet or wager, participating in any promotional offer, or simply browsing any area of the 288min platform that requires account access, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in full, along with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated by reference into these Terms.

Eligibility & Age Verification

Access to the 288min platform is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria. It is your responsibility to ensure that you qualify before registering or using any 288min service.

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration. 288min strictly enforces this age limit and reserves the right to request age verification documents at any stage.
• You must be a natural person acting on your own behalf. Corporate or legal entity registrations are not permitted on the 288min platform.
• You must not be a resident of, or currently located in, a jurisdiction where accessing online gambling services is prohibited by local law. It is your sole responsibility to determine the legality of online gambling in your jurisdiction before using 288min.
• You must not have been previously self-excluded from 288min or have had a 288min account permanently closed due to a breach of these Terms.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of an employee or contractor of 288min, or any of its affiliated companies, software providers, or payment processing partners.

Account Registration & Security

To access real-money games and betting markets on 288min, you must register a player account. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identity document, date of birth, current residential address, and a valid email address or mobile number.

288min reserves the right to verify the identity of any player at any time, including at the point of registration, before processing a withdrawal, or where unusual account activity is detected. Failure to complete verification within a reasonable timeframe notified by 288min may result in account suspension.

Deposits & Payment Methods

All financial transactions on 288min are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). 288min does not charge players any fees for deposits made using the supported payment methods listed below, though your payment provider may apply their own charges independently.

• All deposits must be made from a payment account or card registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension and reversal of funds.
• 288min does not accept cash deposits, cryptocurrency, or any anonymous payment instrument. All payment methods must be traceable to a verified identity.
• Deposit limits may be subject to the restrictions set by your payment provider. 288min is not responsible for transaction failures caused by your bank, mobile wallet, or card issuer.
• If a deposit is made and subsequently reversed by a chargeback, 288min reserves the right to void any winnings generated from that deposited amount and close the account.

Withdrawals & Processing

Withdrawal requests on 288min are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent qualifying deposit, subject to KYC verification being complete. 288min does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

• Minimum withdrawal: Rs 500 per transaction.
• KYC requirement: Identity verification must be completed before any withdrawal is approved. This includes submission of a valid CNIC, passport, or driving licence and proof of payment method ownership.
• Processing time: 288min aims to process approved withdrawal requests within 24 to 72 hours on business days. Delays may occur if additional verification is required.
• Rollover obligations: Where a bonus has been claimed, the applicable wagering requirements must be fulfilled before a withdrawal of bonus-related funds is permitted.
• Withdrawal fees: 288min does not charge fees on withdrawals. Your receiving bank or mobile wallet may apply their own charges.

Bonuses & Promotions

288min offers various promotional bonuses, free bets, deposit match offers, and loyalty rewards to eligible players. All promotions are subject to the specific terms published at the time the offer is made, in addition to the general conditions set out in this section.

• All bonus offers on 288min are available to players aged 21 or over who have completed KYC verification. Bonuses cannot be claimed by players who have registered under a self-exclusion arrangement.
• Wagering requirements apply to all bonus funds unless a specific promotion explicitly states otherwise. The applicable wagering multiplier and eligible games will be stated in the individual promotion terms.
• Bonuses are non-transferable between accounts and cannot be exchanged for cash directly. Bonus funds are separate from real-money funds in your 288min balance until wagering requirements are fulfilled.
• 288min reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. Where a promotion is cancelled after a player has partly completed wagering requirements, any qualifying real-money winnings accrued to that point will be retained.
• Abuse of bonus offers — including but not limited to bonus harvesting, creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, or using bonus funds in a manner designed to fulfil wagering requirements without genuine gameplay — constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in forfeiture of all bonus and associated winnings.

Sports Betting Rules

The 288min sportsbook offers betting markets on cricket (including the full PSL calendar and international fixtures), as well as other sports as listed in the platform at any given time. All bets are subject to the following general rules in addition to sport-specific rules published in the 288min sportsbook interface.

• A bet is not accepted until 288min confirms it and a bet ID is generated in your account's bet history. In the event of a technical failure preventing confirmation, the bet will be void and the staked amount returned to your balance.
• 288min reserves the right to suspend markets, void bets, or adjust odds at any time where errors in pricing, corrupted data feeds, or unusual betting patterns are detected. Bets placed on clearly erroneous odds will be voided and stakes returned.
• In-play (live) betting markets are subject to rapid change. 288min is not liable for connection interruptions that prevent a player from placing or amending an in-play bet before a market is suspended.
• Maximum bet limits and maximum payout limits apply per event and per market. These limits are displayed in the bet slip at the time of placement. 288min reserves the right to reduce bet limits for specific accounts based on betting patterns without prior notice.
• Where an event is abandoned, postponed, or rescheduled, bets will be settled in accordance with the applicable sport-specific rules published in the 288min sportsbook. PSL matches postponed and rescheduled within 48 hours will generally stand; those rescheduled beyond 48 hours will be voided.

Casino Game Rules

The 288min casino includes live dealer tables, RNG slot titles, Callbreak, Bingo Adventure, and other games as listed in the 288min casino lobby from time to time. Each game operates according to its own rules displayed within the game interface. The following general terms apply across all casino products.

• All RNG (Random Number Generator) games on 288min use certified random number generation. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for each slot title are provided by the game provider and are not modified by 288min.
• In the event of a disconnection during a live casino session or mid-spin in a slot game, 288min will complete or void the round in accordance with the game provider's rules. If a round cannot be resolved, the stake will be returned to your balance.
• Callbreak and Bingo Adventure games on 288min are subject to game-specific rules displayed within the game lobby. Players are expected to familiarise themselves with these rules before participating.
• Any attempt to manipulate game outcomes through software exploits, collusion with other players, or any other means will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

Prohibited Conduct & Fraud Prevention

288min operates a zero-tolerance policy toward fraud, collusion, match-fixing, and any form of dishonest play. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account closure, balance forfeiture, and, where appropriate, reporting to law enforcement or relevant regulatory authorities.

Responsible Gaming

288min is committed to promoting responsible gambling. The platform provides a range of tools to help players manage their gaming activity. All players are encouraged to use these tools proactively. Players who believe they may have a problem with gambling are urged to use the self-exclusion facility and seek independent support.

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps via account settings. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Players may temporarily suspend their 288min account for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During a cooling-off period all real-money activity and login access is disabled.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may self-exclude their 288min account for a minimum period of 6 months, 1 year, or permanently. Self-exclusion is irreversible for the chosen duration. Contact the 288min support team via live chat to activate this option.
• Reality Checks: Players may enable session time reminders that display elapsed playing time at configurable intervals within their account settings.
• Age Restriction: 288min is strictly a 21+ platform. All accounts must pass mandatory KYC age verification. Any account found to belong to a player under 21 will be immediately closed and all funds returned to the payment source after investigation.

Intellectual Property

All content on the 288min platform — including but not limited to the 288min brand name, logo, website design, graphics, game interfaces, software, text, data compilations, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of 288min or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 288min platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative works from any part of the 288min platform without the prior written consent of 288min. Any unauthorised use will result in termination of your account and may give rise to legal liability.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 288min, its directors, employees, affiliates, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the 288min platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

288min does not warrant that the platform will be available uninterrupted or error-free at all times. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, third-party service outages, or circumstances beyond 288min's reasonable control may affect platform availability. 288min will use reasonable endeavours to notify players of planned downtime in advance.

Termination & Suspension

288min reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions, the Privacy Policy, or the Responsible Gaming Policy.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, match-fixing involvement, or use of automated betting tools.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe notified by 288min.
• Discovery that the account holder does not meet the eligibility criteria set out in Section 2 of these Terms.
• Request by the account holder to close the account voluntarily or to activate a self-exclusion arrangement.
• A requirement imposed by applicable law, regulation, court order, or instruction from a competent authority.

Upon closure of an account for reasons other than fraud or terms violation, any verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) remaining in the account will be returned to the player's verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

Amendments to Terms

288min reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, 288min will notify registered players by email to the address on file and/or by displaying a prominent notice within the platform upon your next login. The updated Terms will display the revised effective date at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the 288min platform after the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure by contacting the 288min support team.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to 288min's operating jurisdiction. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through the 288min customer support process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the applicable territory.

288min makes no representation that the platform is legal or available in every jurisdiction. Players are solely responsible for determining whether accessing 288min is lawful in their jurisdiction and for complying with all applicable local laws.
